Netherdale House
Aberdeenshire - Near Turriff
Netherdale belonged to a branch of the Maitland family from whom it passed to the Gordons in c.1497. In 1641 the barony is recorded as belonging to the Crichtons of Frendraught. By the late 18th Century it had come into the possession of the Earl of Fife. The present B listed mansion house was probably built on or near the site of an earlier Barony or mansion house. It is thought to have been designed by William Robertson c.1825 for the Rose-Innes family, factors to the Duke of Fife, who occupied Netherdale until 1922.

House of Schivas is a tower house, dating from the 16th century, about three miles east of Methlick, in the valley of the River Ythan, in Aberdeenshire. The working estate is set in extensive grounds with a beautiful walled garden. The estate is home to a herd of Aberdeen Angus Cattle and even has an indoor heated pool.

Aberdeen West - South Deeside Road
The 4-star Aberdeen Ardoe House Hotel & Spa was originally built in the 19th century as a family home to Alexander Ogston, an Aberdeen soap merchant. Ardoe House was designed by famed architect James Mathews, who took inspiration from the royal residence of Balmoral. It remained a family home until 1947 when it was converted to a hotel.
